Bittersweet indeed, Thalia! Definitely has shifted dramatically over the past couple of years. What was boiling, pre COVID, burst into flames ingniting all sorts of craziness.

Working in healthcare, for over 30 years, I have witnessed the same. COVID has made it very trying and many colleagues have chosen to drop to part-time or retire all together.
