Definitely how one treats another human being! Whether in fancy clothes or rags, should there be a difference? Clothes do not make the person and alerts me to where they are with themselves (or worried about their status).

I have sat with homeless people and they "light up" when you sit and chat with them. We all want to be acknowledged.
