I do the best I can to read more of those who I have connected with. Unfortunately, some require more reciprocity and it takes on a feel of having to versus wanting to. It is about finding that balance when we are connecting with others.

Further, I'd rather engage without others having to feel they have to read my own. It is nice of them to read but I'd rather them want to read the content than feel obligated to. Again, finding the balance.
