Shadow is intertwined with who we are. No place we can go without our little friend showing up. In words, actions or whatevers...the shadow has helped form who we are and who we are becoming. As much as it hurt me, I Love my Shadow. Some days I knowingly 'release the shadow' to shake things up...a great ally!
