The Mrs and i have a saying for each other, recognizing our own accomplishments in undoing what was engrained into us, "you are Evolved AF." Our process of undoing, does not eliminate the old ways, we just become more aware of them. Each moment we recognize, we are leveling up to a new way of seeing the world, interacting in different ways (more peaceful).
