This is quite the reply to the prompt Jenine! I do love the acronym Q-tip and have forgotten about. At a place of employment, we have a phrase "Assume good intent." Meaning, before reacting, pause realize that, believe it or not, many have good intent. Maybe they are just go about life differently than from our playbook.

Took me years to arrive at Q-Tip, but certainly makes life more enjoyable.
