Your post was very timely, synchronistic with my thoughts over last couple days. I have identified the electrical currents in between my shoulder blades, during my downloads Over the past couple weeks. This past week my left side went week and filled with pain.
Normally when I receive downloads, I sing the new songs. Thinking back, I don’t think I shared those songs with this plain. Was pondering if my holding the sing in, not sharing that gift, if that caused the blockage and pain. Or was I to sit with the pain for a bit to fine tune the song?
As soon as I released the song, the pain dissipates. It was such a beautiful song but rather painful to arrive there.
Slightly different from your guided practice but related? We shall be more aware in the future.
